id like to know how much i can borrow for 500 quid a month payback on a repayment morgage over 25 years

just thinking some things over
just want an idea - no point in looking at 200k houses if i can only borrow 50k and vise versa?

I think some bank websites have mortgage calculators on them ! to give you a rough idea

funny you should mention that, may n mar lady have been house hunting today and spoke to an independant mortgage advisor, he said as first time buyers if we wanted a mortgage worth £100000 in this current climate we'd need at least a fifteen percent deposit before we'd even be looked at

, that'd mean selling me van or robbing a bank

anyone any other ideas of making money?
