The initial piercing didn't hurt at all. What did hurt was when I got them to change the stud a couple of months ago (the gem fell out), as I couldn't get the thing out on my own. That killed. I have managed to get this one out because it's so bloody loose I think I could sneeze it out.

nipples weren't as bad and them 'down below'

when i had my tongue done it just made my
ears pop, all taken out now though.
if you want a full closure ring without a hinge or ball, get one thats got a gap in and put it in ya nose, then get someone with a welder to fill in the gap.

the best thing to do is go in to a reputable piercers like the one in selfridges and ask them they will have a catolog of jewlery and be able to advise you on the best thing to use especially if you need to be able to change them for work . . . . . . the place in selfridges is called metalmorphosis on the second level ask for dee or mike they`ll sort you out

Dee is ace, she pierced my nose last year. I have been back, but there has been a few numpties that have been really unhelpful and not interested I will go back if Dee is there though!

I had mine peirced a few years ago. At first i had a small sleeper in it but then managed to get a proper labret in it, its fiddly trying to do it, having to try find the hole up ur nose n not what but its a lot better.
