Hayley, I had mine done about 6 or 7 years ago, and I had both done at the same time, because I wanted to be symmetrical lol (OCD rocks), and cos I thought if I only had one done and wanted the other done at a later date, I might chicken out if it was very painful. As it turned out, one didn't hurt at all, the other hurt like fuck! But, was over very quickly, and with piercing, the procedure is part of the 'ritual' I think (I ain't twisted_bird for nothing lol). Personally, I prefer a bar, because the BCR rings look like door knockers to me lol. I only have one now though, because I took them out, forgot to replace them, and then put rings in, and then when I tried to change back to bars, I couldn't get the one bar back in. So, one is good

You do have to be a tad careful, and it's a good idea to wear a bra to bed, because they will be mega mega sensitive, to the point of painful! But I suppose everybody's different, and each person you ask will have a different story to tell.

I had mine done about 10 years ago, and kept it for about 3 yrs.

it seemed every time I picked up my baby daughter she grabbed on to it through my clothes. Also, my leather bike jacket would catch on it in the summer when I rode with the front unzipped a bit .. needles to say it never healed properly and still isn't right now. lack of feeling, and it sticks out a bit. nothing too bad tho.

lol tried that already Apparently Titanium is non-magnetic, hence why I manage to get through airports without too many probs, although in Goa they seem to have special metal detector thingies that go off every time without fail

Thank you! I think bars look nicer, so that's def what I will go for. I'm going to get it done after my holiday, whoop whoop! Can't wait! The only thing I am concerned about is if I still want more after the nip... ha
