retro inspired new beetle,, big rust update new picks

Hay im dale . Ibourght my bug with the idea of giving it a style points i liked about the air cooled bugs from the cal scene.

as soon as i saw this bug i wanted it just for the the colour really never seen one this green before.

I then got a hold of some 182 empi 5 replicas . I made sure to get bigger tyers for the rears for the look and stance.

of course next on the list was a jan speed coil kit

so a week after i ourchased the bug it was starting to look how i wanted it to

some touches like new black and chrome badges , moon eyes sticker , and pressed plates.

And to finish it off for my road trips surfing down croyde i got my roof rack , i didnt whant to old skl with that because i dont think they look right on new bugs . and a bonnet bra.

Any feedback is welcome , thanks for looking

Re: retro inspired new beetle

I like it mate. Looks sweet. Me and the missus have one in bright blue with Porsche twist wheels.

What model is yours. Ours is the TDI 100.
I really would like to lower it but im concerned about the clearance of the sump. Is yours really close to the floor?

Cool. We have 18"s on so that should be ok. Might consider it in the future.

As for the wheels. I would leave them as they are. You can go overboard with the retro NB look. Those wheels look awesome as they are. I would leave it dude.

Oh and also. If you want some good resources join New Beetle Owners Club. Im on there as Jimmy T but be warned, there are some right on there.
