Hi Everyone

After the meet last night it was decided that we need to do something to encourage new members.

Liz and I are going to work on a BC/DC facebook page to reach the masses and also see if we can resurrect the flyers. Anyone got any other ideas on what we can do?

I think it was also mentioned that we will be accepting offers of new pubs preferably with the following criteria:-

1. Central to as many members as possible (looking around the Kingswinford and Wombourne areas I think)
2. Large car park
3. Covered area for smokers
4. Somewhere where we can have food again (whether we have to pay or not)
5. Not too large but maybe has an area we can have to ourselves

If anyone has any suggestions please post on here and we can arrange to go and view them. On that note I think the meet next week (14/08/200

will be at a pub near Fonz's house separate thread to follow on that.

I know that most of the club feel things have gone downhill of late and we just don't have as much fun as we used to. I think it would be a good idea for us all to get it out in the open and put up some suggestions to move things forward. What do you think?

Ok the BC/DC facebook group is up and running

Hopefully it will reach out to potential new members. And can be used to notify people of any club events or activities.

Feel free to add your comments, pics and videos, and invite others to join in

well said.

my pub suggestion is the Greyhound at swindon, not really local to anyone, but also close to the 449, which makes it easy for wolves and kiddy people to get to, and only a couple of miles away from the mount.
it also has ample parking and a play area for the yougsters, dave

the bar is small but they have another room which im sure theyd make us welcome in, and they have already said they would have us.

as an idea, why dont we cruise there one of the thursdays
