Got 6 passes in the post yesterday.
In terms of replies etc we have 3 vans & 3 cars

Craig - bay camper
Tricky - t4
Jon - bay panel
Stu - ghia
Nige - buggy
Steve - 1302

Reserves:
paul - bug
Jon - golf
amanda - bug

If anyone can't make it let me know asap and passes can be re-allocated.
Will give out the passes @ the crosspoint before the cruise

Plan is to cruise over with the rest but stand cars go in a different gate.
Need to stay put on the stand 'till 3:30 / 4
so...

Rich - how easy is that trailer tent to put up? alternatively Jon has a large gazeebo we can use.

I've have a small gas bbq - bring some food & we'll cook up some lunch - that goes for everyone in the club, not just those with cars on the stand.
Ideally we could do with a 2nd for veggie food.

Does anyone have a gas stove to do tea etc on?

also - fold up chairs - I have about 4 - anyone else?

I'll bring some burgers or something then and I think I have some folding chairs somewhere.

sorry - just read the bit about the trailer tent

I think it would be too big - unless we parked inside it !

anyhoo - I cant get it out on my own and there is about 10 cars between it and the road !.

Spoke to steve today and he said we are sorted for gazebo's - so we should be ok.

do I need to bring owt else ? or just me an the T4 ?

will have a gazebo in the buggy just in case( but it wont) going to drive it there instead of towing, wish me luck, it's never been out of cov yet and the clutch is slipping like an auto box, shot a tiger at the zoo today, as i needed a cover for the back seat, looks better on my car than it did on the tiger!!!
