How do i upload picures?

your help would be greatly appreciated

do you have an image hoster? as you have not got over 100 posts, you will have to sign up at www.photobucket.com (it's free) and when you upload a pic to the photobucket site, all you need to do is copy the bottom text (under the pic you want to show) then when you want to up load it on a site (this one :wink: ) right click and paste....job done.

trying to upload pictures into the flf4's group. Its asking for a url, how do i get pictures to that from my photobucket account?

To add pictures to the social groups they need to be uploaded to your Volkstorque User Album first. The system doesn't accept remotely hosted images.
