OK, this may seem a little over the top but after the hooooj attendance at this years Van fest in what was probably the best show since Beetle bash '96, it seems the organisers are going to make next years event an all ticket affair and all club camping MUST be booked by April 2008 at the latest.
I had an idea earlier where people who want to attend Vanfest next year could pay into an advance kitty fund so we can book club camping.
We could strecth this idea to the 3 (possibly 4 shows) where booking Club Camping in advance is necessary.

This year we didn't get club camping at BVF and this we ended up having members parked up away from each other.
If people paid £2.00 a meet per show in advance, we could pre book club camping in plenty of time and we wouldn't have to be scratting around for the money for each show a few weeks prior and then worrying whether we were going to be able to get a Club Camping plot.
I know some people leave attending a show down to a few days before depending on the weather but a lot still prefer to book in advance.
If anyone else has any thoughts/ideas on this then please add below.
