Lock up garage/unit interest?
I posted a while ago that I am trying to find a decent sized lock up or unit, in order to store the splitty and rennovate it over the winter.
I have managed to find one in Lilleshal and its a good size at about 10metres x 10 metres with single and three phase electrics. It is on a farm land and very secure.
It works out at £240 a month. £170 for the rent and £70 for the rates.
I would love to take this on on my own but really can't afford that every month.
Is any body interested in joining me and splitting the bill?
It would make sense to have about 4 or 5 people paying the bill between us, however, I don't think that it would be realisitc to have 4 or 5 cars in there or we would be back to square one, with fuck all room to move.
If I'm honest I think that two cars would be sufficient, and I would be happy (well not happy but able) to pay £120 a month.
Is anybody interested in having 10 x 5 metres of storage space with power, for £120 a month?
Unfortunately, I need an answer fairly soon as the bloke is keen to rent it out.
