halloween camp

who's up for a halloween camp then,probably be friday 31st and sat nov 1st or just one nite or whatever, suggestions needed ,camping is to be not too far away?

yep we would love to join in but in a similar note to another post on this thread it will be a bit dependent on little things of the 4 legged variety!!!

high cross sounds good location for it, just not sure we'll be able to join you but at least if it close by we could 'visit' halloween camp if only for a couple of hours, after all martin will be able to turn up minus fancy dress and fit in just fine

Right then, we need to know numbers of those who are definately interested in this camp as i can't book it without knowing if it's worth it !! we are looking at Highcross where the split screen van club have there AGM, they can provide us with a marquee for £40 unless some kind person can lone us one for free ??????, it has toilets and drinking water, it is a good site and only up the road !! we can have one night camping or two, whatever suits you lot, and can look into having a sound system for a real good party if again some kind soul can get us that ??? was also thinking of having a halloween fancy dress and dressing up our vehicles !! Hubba Dubbas we could make this a really good party if you all let me know you are up for it, lets show other clubs what we are all about, please let me know if you are definately interested. Mrs LY

Already got it booked for Halloween
We need to find a Marque as they haven't got one now as it was damaged
Most likely got an audio system already but will need a generator to power it.
Karoline has rosettes and stuff already sorted.

Thought about making it an open invite andasking for a small donation off everyone who comes to susidise the marque and stuff as electric hook up is £10 a pitch and normal is only £7 a pitch
