What did people think of tonights meet?

Bit of a strange outcome windmill being closed. My opinion which i know is biased as the Hinckley Knight is my local, is that if that pub had a bigger carpark would be good for further meets. Still a good night with a reasonable turn out, hopefully didnt leave to many at milestone. I know Adam took some photos get them posted Ad!

I thought it was a great venue. First time I have been down so I don't know what the windmill was like, if only the Knight had as good a car park. It was great to meet everyone.

with you on that bodhi. if only the carpark was bigger i thought the Knight was great place and sure their carpark would be a damn site warmer than the Milestone!!!!

i could actually get my engine warm running up to the knight, might be a winter venue as summertime i bet its busier, pub had a cosier feel to it.

shitter about the carpark it was loads better there and that was the first pub I thought of for meets but knew the carpark was too small.
Me and Dave said last night would be good to meet there maybe once a month on an opposite monday to club night as we can't not go the milestone as you know new members will come down that meet and think we've defunked what do you reckon?

As monday nights are quiet do you think the Harvester across the road would mind us spilling over into their car park if we checked with them first?

Stick to the milestone for the meets, we can allways have a mini cruise to the hinckley knight on the cold nights as you can view the Vdubs from the warmth, and the beers not badly priced either.

agreed, the knight is a good pub, but no parking! an alternative meet would be good every outher week. we would be interested in this. cheers
