t25 hydraulic clutch

changed the slave cylinder, bled it through no visible air left in system but can't engage gears. the pedal only travels halfway down any clues ???

have you checked that the slave cylinder is engaging the bar thingy beneath (technical term ) it?

The linkage hasnt come off has it? Has the rod gone into the selctor properly? If it has then its gonna be catching.
