Hmmmm i was waiting for this !

all i'll say is ... i was asked if it would be ok for you to squeeze onto our already dwindling plot ( we'd already had a pre booked member regretfully decide not to camp with us, due to space !! )

i was told it would be just a camper and so agreed !!

needless to say how dissapointed i was to return to find not only a camper but also a massive awning too

which wouldn't have been so bad, had there been room to connect it to your van

But no, you instead decided to errect it 6 feet away, ON TOP OF SOMEBODY ELSE's TENT poles inside and using their pegs too !

which i'm afraid i find pretty dissrespectful and a major fire risk !!!

first of all we used our own pegs and second we could have talked about it but the hole truth is we would not have been welcome in a cardboard box

ok i apologise, you used your own pegs, i was told differently !

as for you not being welcome, well if thats the opinion you've formed so be it

but your missgivings stem from an incident at a busy show where space was at a premium ( as it always is at Malvern shows) and our pre booked members will and always will come first ....

i understand you have friends who are in our club and as such i will offer you the same opportunities as they have, which will be to pre-book spaces at any future shows !

if you chose not to follow this route ... then i'm affraid you and any others that decide to just show up as you did, with a similar attitude!

quite simply will not be welcomed !!!

Yeah sure we could have talked about it, but it was you guys who decided to go you were just asked to move the van and the tent to elsewhere on the pitch, did anyone tell ya to f*ck off? There was plenty of room on the pitch elsewhere, Im sure if you put the tent next to the marquee it would have been fine although it may well have dwarfed the marquee!

like jason says the space was booked for us by people who prepaid, if you had prepaid then you could have had a moan and a bitch but you didnt so its a case of tough cheese. We had space for what we were told was one van not a van and a HUGE tent.

I dont think you have any place to moan and bitch about use as you were packing up and now on our forum for everyone to see. We didnt have to let you on in the first place it was just out of good will and being as you knew some of our guys and being as we are a friendly bunch.

think that just about sums up everything that was discused tonight.
