Coxy, its whats known as a rig shot. Ive just posted this photo on another forum explaining it.
This was a super quick pshop edit but you get the jist.
A real advertising rig shot is done with a huge piece of equipment. But as for the shot below and the shot of the oval it can be achieved with just a monopod a slow shutter speed and the car rolling at about 3-5 mph - its better with the engine switched off (less vibrations)
