Hey girlfriendgolf, you can upload pics easy if you go to your user cp and edit gallery, then fill in the form and it will let you browse through your pc for pics to add.
when you've done that right click on a picture and go to properties it shows you the url, which you can copy and paste into a post using the pyramids icon like this.
