can anyone help, i've just switched to broadband, and most of the pictures are coming up as the boxes with the little cross in them, how do i get to see the pics,

do you know what pluggins are? Sounds like you need either an update or the actual plugin to view them. Are they normal pictures that aint showing or could they be flash images? Are you using a different browser to what you normally use (e.g. IE, firefox)?

hmmmm, looks you just need whatever your other browser has. Wish i could tell ya. i only thought this just happened with macromedia flash stuff not simple images. im sure there's a bofin on here that can tell ya
