any body know how to set up a belkin wireless modem/router to use tiscali bb on windows vistar HELPPPPPPPPPPPP

You should just need to set up the router and then use the network to connect the PC to it. The router will hold all of the ADSL connection info.

As a second suggestion. ditch Vista for at least a year or so
