Talkingcrankshaft pulley wheel

i would like to fit a new crankshaft pulley wheel(c p w). one with tdc, bdc and numbers on, you know the type. is it a case of just lining tdc taking it off and putting the new one on. thanks

it has a key way so (in theory) you cant get it wrong!

there are cheap ones about too that warp ! I think some were going about printed 180deg out too

buy a decent new one

Scat ones are good. but not cheap

The cheaper 20-25 quid ones the numers(lettering) can and does come off....

But no you cant really go wrong fitting one.

Someone in my club had a cheap on crack and shatter, they now run a standard vw one!
