New interior

Since I've had my van I've really not liked the interior. When I bought it it had no headlining at all just some dodgy 70's fablon hanging off the metal roof.

So some time ago i boarded it out with loads of insualtion behind it to help keep the heat in / out and give me some noise reduction. Several months ago it looked like this

now its more or less totally covered in stickers

Next up was the crappy cupbaords / fridge / cooker arrangement

looked something like this

12minutes later I had this

and this

next I sourced some cabinet / cooker / sink arrangement from The Ranch

bit of chopping and hacking and a rough trial fit of

I've spent today doing more trial fitting and generally getting soaked
but I'm nearing a good fitment. Next up us the recovering of all interior panels in a nice satin black and laying of my new heavy duty red flooring. Next series of pictures will follow when I'm dry

Garrick, I got Pete some spray cans in satin black off Autosmart at £2 a can {400ml}. He's done the inside of the doors of his T4 and said it went on easy and finish is good. So if you're looking at doing it through a can give me a shout because they're about £3 a can cheaper than Halfords.

cheers darren, but didn't state above that I've got some vinyl to cover all the door cards, bit like fablon, so far working a treat

No problems mate. Just don't do what I did the first time I covered my door cards! I didn't think about putting a thin layer of sponge on first, then the vinyl. So what happened was I stapled down the vinyl and had the staples sticking out the other side. I managed to get everything from Dunelm near the Haygate. Best of luck.
