Consequenses of poking

Got to agree with the dangers of poking a classic car . Did anybody see that documentaty about the guy in America who had this thing about cars ? Incidentally he owned a Beetle .

Anyway , I digress , thought my Bug needed a bit of a patch on the ns inner wing for the MOT due the end of this month , turns out I'm going to have to do some serious welding , or even a Body off Job . The frame head is bolloxed , and i've had a few days of Rust depression as well .

Good news is I've decided to mothball " Baby " for a little while until the bay project is finished . At least i've gotten over the initial thought that I might have to break the old girl. She means too much to me .................... blub
